Between May and July 2010 more than 6,900 business software users took part in the 5th annual Software Satisfaction Awards survey. They gave their views on over 80 business software products from 63 software vendors and resellers, making the Awards one of the UK’s largest individual pieces of business opinion research.

The finalists have been announced, and by making it to the shortlist they have already proven their commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction. The winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner, taking place at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Thursday 7 October 2010.
