B&CE, provider of The People’s Pension, has announced that this month it will be welcoming BASDA Chairman Kevin Hart to the newly created role of Head of Payroll and Third Party Integration.

PrintB&CE is a not-for-profit organisation that operates for the benefit of their members and their dependants. They offer a workplace pension, employee accident cover, employee life cover and employee healthcare. Kevin joins B&CE after more than 13 years at Sage where he was Head of Business Development. This included, most recently, heading up engagement with the pension industry.

Kevin also brings experience within the payroll industry and wider enterprise software companies through his chairmanship of BASDA, which he has chaired for over eight years. He joins B&CE at a crucial stage in the auto-enrolment cycle and especially for payroll as they focus on supporting small employers through their staging date and beyond.

Roy Porter, Director of Business Development at B&CE, said: “Kevin will make an excellent addition to the B&CE family, especially at such a crucial time for small employers and the payroll providers who support them. While we already work closely with many payroll providers to keep things as seamless as possible for our customers, we know that Kevin will help us strengthen those relationships and help us develop new ones.”
