Henry Tapper is a high-profile pensions expert who has been heavily involved in the integration of pension and payroll since the start of auto-enrolment. He has worked with BASDA members in bringing payroll issues to the desk of Steve Webb in 2012. He was also a committee member working on the PAPDIS initiative.
But he is principally known for helping employers payroll bureaux and accountants choose pensions as part of the AE employer duties. His Pension PlayPen has become a market leading tool providing virtual advice where no affordable advice was available.
